Transformational Coach — London

Some changes are incremental.
And some change everything.

Transformational coaching in London for people who are ready for a fundamentally different chapter — not a better version of what they have, but something genuinely new.

What transformational coaching actually means

Most coaching is incremental. It helps you perform better, think more clearly, make better decisions. That work is valuable. But transformational coaching is different in kind, not just degree.

Transformational coaching works at the level of identity — who you are, what you believe about yourself and what is possible for you, and the stories you have been living by that may no longer be true. It is for people who do not just want to improve their current life but to build a fundamentally different one. People who have reached a point where the old version of themselves — however successful — is no longer who they want to be.

"Transformation is not about fixing what is broken. It is about choosing who you become next — deliberately, rather than by default."

This is deep work. It requires courage, commitment and a genuine willingness to question the assumptions you have built your life around. For the right person, at the right moment, it is the most valuable work there is.

Who this work is for

Transformational coaching is not for everyone. It is for people at a genuine turning point — where something significant has shifted, or needs to, and incremental change is no longer the answer.

  • High achievers who have reached the summit they were climbing and found it unexpectedly hollow
  • Professionals at a major career or life crossroads with no clear map forward
  • Leaders who have outgrown their current role, identity or environment
  • People emerging from a significant life event — exit, loss, burnout, divorce — and rebuilding
  • Founders post-exit who are asking what comes next with genuine uncertainty
  • Anyone who feels a deep pull towards a different kind of life but cannot yet see what it looks like

If you recognise yourself in this — if something in you is ready for a change that goes beyond the surface — this work was built for that moment.

Why I am able to do this work

I have lived through my own transformation. A professional tennis career, then a decade in investment banking and venture capital, then a complete reinvention into coaching — each transition required me to let go of an identity that had defined me and build something new from the inside out. I know what that process actually feels like, not just theoretically.

That lived experience, combined with rigorous coach training and years of working with London's most ambitious professionals through their own transitions, gives me an unusual ability to hold this work with both depth and practicality. I meet clients at 67 Pall Mall in Central London — the right environment for conversations of this magnitude.

What we work on together

Transformational coaching is not a fixed programme. It is a process that unfolds according to what you bring to it. But there are consistent themes in this work — the questions that arise when someone is genuinely ready to change.

  • Understanding who you have been and who you genuinely want to become
  • Identifying the beliefs and stories that have shaped your choices — and choosing which ones to keep
  • Building a vision for your next chapter that is genuinely compelling, not just sensible
  • Making the transition from one version of yourself to another with clarity and courage
  • Letting go of identities, roles and environments that no longer fit
  • Designing a life that reflects your actual values — not the values you inherited
  • Building the internal foundation to sustain the change once it happens

How I work with clients

I work exclusively one-to-one. A small number of private clients at any one time, each receiving my full attention and a process built entirely around their transformation. This is not a programme with predetermined stages — it is a bespoke engagement designed around you.

Sessions take place in person at 67 Pall Mall in Central London, or remotely for clients based elsewhere. Transformational engagements typically run longer than standard coaching — six months to a year is common, because real transformation takes the time it takes.

"The most important decision you will make is not what to do next. It is who to become. Everything else follows from that."

The first step is a consultation. A genuine conversation about where you are, what you are feeling called towards, and whether this is the right work for this moment. I am selective — this depth of engagement requires mutual commitment and the right conditions to do it well.

Transformational coaching London — frequently asked questions

What is transformational coaching?
Transformational coaching works at the level of identity — not just behaviour or performance. It helps you understand who you have been, question the assumptions and stories that have shaped your choices, and deliberately build a different version of yourself and your life. It is deeper and longer than standard coaching, and the results are correspondingly more significant.

How is transformational coaching different from regular life coaching?
Life coaching typically focuses on goals, habits and performance within your current life. Transformational coaching questions the life itself — whether the goals you are pursuing are actually yours, whether the identity you are operating from still fits, whether the direction you are heading is genuinely where you want to go. It is a different level of work entirely.

How do I know if I am ready for transformational coaching?
The clearest signal is a feeling that incremental improvement is no longer the answer — that what is needed is not more of the same but something fundamentally different. If you are reading this and something in it resonates, that recognition is worth paying attention to.

Where do sessions take place?
In person at 67 Pall Mall, St James's, Central London. Or via video call for clients who prefer a remote format or are based outside London.

How long does transformational coaching take?
Longer than standard coaching. Most transformational engagements run for six months to a year — sometimes longer. Real transformation is not a quick process, and any coach who suggests otherwise is not being honest with you about the nature of the work.
