Performance Coach — London

You perform at a high level.
But not yet at your highest.

Performance coaching in London for professionals who want to operate at their absolute best — consistently, sustainably, without burning out in the process.

What performance coaching in London actually means

Performance coaching is not about pushing harder. Most high performers are already pushing too hard. The real work is about precision — identifying exactly what is limiting your output and removing it, so you can produce your best work more consistently and with less cost to yourself.

London's elite performers — in finance, law, entrepreneurship, leadership — face a specific challenge. They have optimised their external systems. They have the right job, the right team, the right strategy. What limits them now is internal. Mindset. Energy management. Decision quality. The ability to perform under pressure without paying for it later.

"The gap between good performance and elite performance is almost never about skill. It is about the internal conditions under which skill is applied."

That is the territory of performance coaching — and it is where the most significant and lasting improvements happen.

Who this work is for

Performance coaching at this level is for people who are already operating well and want to operate better. Not people who are struggling — people who are succeeding and can feel there is another level available to them.

  • Senior leaders who need to perform consistently under significant pressure
  • Finance professionals managing high stakes with little margin for error
  • Founders who carry the weight of their organisation's performance every day
  • Professionals in demanding roles where output quality directly determines outcomes
  • High achievers who perform well in bursts but struggle with consistency
  • Anyone who knows they have more to give but cannot quite access it reliably

My background in elite performance

I came to performance coaching through lived experience of elite performance from two very different worlds. A professional tennis career gave me an inside understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest level — the mental discipline, the physical precision, the ability to perform when it matters most. A decade in investment banking and venture capital gave me a different kind of performance education — high stakes, fast pace, complex decisions with real consequences.

What both worlds taught me is that elite performance is not a mystery. It has a structure. It can be understood, trained and consistently reproduced. That is what I bring to the clients I work with at 67 Pall Mall in Central London.

What we work on together

Performance is multi-dimensional. The work we do together addresses the full picture — not just one element in isolation.

  • Identifying and removing the specific internal blocks that limit your output
  • Building mental resilience that holds under genuine pressure
  • Improving decision quality — especially under time pressure and uncertainty
  • Energy and focus management across demanding weeks and months
  • Developing consistency — performing at your best not occasionally but reliably
  • Managing the psychological cost of high performance sustainably
  • Building the confidence to operate at the edge of your capability without anxiety

How I work with clients

I work exclusively one-to-one. No group programmes, no digital courses. A small number of private clients at any one time, each receiving my full attention and a process tailored entirely to them.

Sessions take place in person at 67 Pall Mall in Central London — or remotely for clients who prefer it. Most engagements run for a minimum of three to six months, because meaningful performance improvement at this level requires consistency and depth, not a single intervention.

"Sustainable high performance is not about sacrifice. It is about building the internal architecture that makes excellence feel natural rather than forced."

The first step is a consultation — a direct conversation about where you are, what you want to build, and whether this is the right fit. I am selective about who I take on because the work demands full commitment from both sides.

Performance coaching London — frequently asked questions

What is performance coaching?
Performance coaching focuses on helping you operate at your highest level — more consistently, more sustainably, and with greater clarity about what actually drives your best output. It draws on psychology, strategy and elite performance principles to produce measurable change in how you work and lead.

How is performance coaching different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching tends to focus on leadership effectiveness and organisational outcomes. Performance coaching goes deeper — into the internal factors that determine how well you perform in any context. They overlap significantly, and the distinction matters less than finding the right coach for where you are.

Do I need to be struggling to benefit from performance coaching?
No — and most of my clients are not struggling. They are performing well and know they have more available to them. Performance coaching is most powerful when applied to people who are already good and want to become exceptional.

Where are sessions held?
In person at 67 Pall Mall, St James's, Central London — or via video call for remote clients. Both formats work well depending on your preference and situation.

How long does the engagement last?
Most clients work with me for three to six months minimum. Some continue longer. The depth of change we are aiming for does not happen in a few sessions — it requires time, consistency and genuine commitment to the process.
