Who this work is for

The Wall Street professionals across banks, funds and firms who seek this work are not typically doing so because their analytical or technical capability needs development. They are doing so because something in the internal architecture of a high-performance finance career is extracting a cost that the compensation does not resolve and the success does not address.

The most common presenting situations: burnout that rest does not resolve. Imposter syndrome at senior levels — the quiet dread that persists despite consistent high performance. The question of whether to stay or leave, and what comes next. The success that did not feel like arrival. The identity that is so fused with the professional role that the prospect of stepping back feels existentially threatening.

"The internal dimensions of a finance career are not solved by career coaching or performance management. They require genuine engagement with the beliefs, patterns and identity structures that determine whether any professional change holds."

My background

I am a former investment banker and venture capitalist, based in London at 67 Pall Mall. Before finance, I was a professional tennis player on the WTA tour — which means I have lived the specific experience of building an identity entirely around exceptional performance, and then having to rebuild a sense of self from the inside when that structure is removed.

I work with clients in New York and globally via video call. Sessions are typically scheduled around the demands of the finance calendar — early morning before the trading day, or early evening New York time. The geographic distance is, for most clients, a practical advantage: the coaching relationship exists outside the immediate professional and social world, which makes genuine honesty more accessible.

Frequently asked questions

Is this confidential?

Completely. Nothing discussed in sessions is shared with employers, colleagues or anyone else. This is the foundation of the work.

How do I start?

A consultation — a direct conversation about where you are and what the work might look like. No commitment required beyond the time.

Does geography matter?

No. All sessions are conducted via video call. The time zone difference between London and New York works well for early morning or early evening sessions.
