I am a former investment banker and venture capitalist, based in London at 67 Pall Mall. Before finance, I was a professional tennis player on the WTA tour — which means I have lived the specific experience of building an identity entirely around exceptional performance, and then having to rebuild a sense of self from the inside when that structure is removed.
I work with clients in New York and globally via video call. Sessions are typically scheduled around the demands of the finance calendar — early morning before the trading day, or early evening New York time. The geographic distance is, for most clients, a practical advantage: the coaching relationship exists outside the immediate professional and social world, which makes genuine honesty more accessible.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Nothing discussed in sessions is shared with employers, colleagues or anyone else. This is the foundation of the work.
How do I start?

Does geography matter?
No. All sessions are conducted via video call. The time zone difference between London and New York works well for early morning or early evening sessions.
