I bring an unusual background to this work. How I work with clients
I work exclusively one-to-one. A small number of private clients at any one time — each receiving my full attention and a process built entirely around their situation, their goals and their world. No programmes. No group sessions. No generic frameworks applied wholesale.
Most engagements run for a minimum of three to six months. The depth of work I do with clients — shifting how they think, how they perform, how they make decisions under pressure — requires consistency and time. It is not a quick intervention.
