You've done everything right.
Why doesn't it feel like enough?

The career. The title. The life that from the outside looks like everything anyone could want. And yet there is a version of you that knows you're not operating at full capacity. That knows the gap between who you appear to be and who you actually are is quietly getting wider. This is not a crisis. It's a signal.

What Is a Life Coach —
And Why Does It Matter in London

London is a specific kind of pressure cooker. The standards here are not just high — they are relentless. Your colleagues went to Oxford. Your competitors raised a Series B before 30. Your neighbours started a fund last week. Everyone around you is performing at an extraordinary level.

Which means the gap between your public performance and your private experience is not just uncomfortable — it's isolating. Because nobody around you is talking about it.

A life coach in London is not a motivational speaker. Not a therapist. Not a mentor who gives you advice based on their own career path. A great life coach is the one person in your life who has no agenda except your clarity — who asks the questions nobody else dares to ask, who sees the patterns you've stopped noticing, and who holds you accountable to the version of yourself you know you're capable of being.

Not the version everyone else sees. The real one.

I have been that person for 200+ clients over six years. Founders who couldn't make the decision that would change everything. Investment bankers who had achieved everything they set out to achieve and felt nothing. Executives who were leading teams of fifty people while privately drowning.

Who I Work With —
And Why That Specificity Matters

I work exclusively with a specific type of person. Not defined by industry alone, but by where they are.

Investment Bankers & Private Equity

VPs, Directors, MDs, and Partners navigating the pressure of elite finance — the performance demands, the identity questions, the quiet cost of staying at the top.

Founders & Entrepreneurs

People who built something real and are now caught between what the business needs and what they need. Vision without direction, or direction without clarity.

Senior Executives

Leaders who are brilliant at running organisations but have stopped asking what they actually want. The title is there. The quiet restlessness is too.

Professionals at a Crossroads

Something has ended — a role, a chapter, a certainty. The next move isn't obvious, and they refuse to make it blind.

If you recognise yourself in any of these: that recognition is where the work begins.

Why I Coach Differently —
And Why That Matters to You

I didn't become a life coach because I read the right books. I became a life coach because I searched for one and couldn't find what I needed.

When my VC fund closed during COVID, I was pregnant with my first child, my husband had just been made Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, and I had no idea what came next. I had been a professional tennis player on the WTA tour. I had studied at UC Berkeley. I had worked in investment banking in London. I had built a restaurant. I had run a venture capital fund.

And I was completely lost.

I searched for a life coach in London the way I do everything — thoroughly, competitively, without settling. Not one of them could coach me at the level I needed. So I became the coach I was looking for.

Six years later I work exclusively with the top 1%. Founders, executives, private equity professionals, investment bankers, senior leaders. People who need someone who has actually been in the rooms they're sitting in.

What Life Coaching in London
Actually Looks Like

Three situations. One common thread.

The High Performer Who Has Hit the Ceiling

They have been extraordinary at getting to where they are. But the next level requires something different. Not more effort. A different operating system entirely.

The Person Who Has Achieved Everything — And Feels Nothing

The money is there. The title is there. The recognition is there. And none of it feels the way they thought it would.

The Person at a Crossroads

Something has ended and they have no idea what comes next. They want something that actually matters to them. And they don't know what that is yet.

All three cannot be solved by working harder. They can only be solved by sitting with someone who has no stake in your decisions, who can see your patterns more clearly than you can.

My Method

Direct, strategic, and deeply human.

  1. Direct. You'll hear what no one else tells you — because that's what creates results.
  2. Evidence-Based. No affirmations. We build the case for your capability until the inner critic has nothing left.
  3. Bespoke. No fixed programmes. Every engagement is designed entirely around you.
  4. Accountable. The clients who get the most from this process move once they have clarity. I make sure of it.
  5. Discreet. At the level my clients operate, confidentiality is not a feature — it is a prerequisite.

Based at 67 Pall Mall —
London's Most Discreet Address

Three minutes from Mayfair. Ten minutes from the City. Five minutes from Green Park.

I meet all my clients in person at 67 Pall Mall in the heart of St James's — one of London's most private and prestigious addresses. The environment in which you do this work matters. The discretion is absolute. The setting is entirely removed from your normal context.

When you sit in that room, you are not an MD or a founder or a partner. You are a person. And that shift — small as it sounds — is often where the most important work begins.

I work with clients from the City, Canary Wharf, Mayfair, and internationally via video for those based outside London.

The Evidence Over
Affirmation Philosophy

From professional sport. Applied to your life.

Sport is evidence over affirmation. In tennis you don't tell yourself you're good. You prove it. You prove it in training when nobody is watching. You prove it over months and years of showing up and performing until the evidence you've accumulated is so overwhelming that the inner critic has nothing left to work with.

That is real confidence. Not positive thinking. Not affirmations. Evidence.

This is not gentle work. It is not comfortable work. But it is lasting work.

The Investment —
What Working Together Looks Like

Coaching at this level is a serious commitment — in time, energy, and resource. It is not a commodity service. The people who get the most from this work treat it as the most important professional investment they make in any given year.

Engagements are structured entirely around your situation and goals. Most programmes run over three to six months, with sessions every two weeks in person at 67 Pall Mall.

Investment starts from £500 per session.

Programme structure and pricing are discussed during your initial consultation. No fixed packages. No group sessions. No programmes sold off a shelf.

Life Coaching vs Therapy —
The Question Everyone Asks

Different tools for different situations.

Therapy is the right choice when you are dealing with clinical mental health conditions, trauma, severe anxiety or depression. If that describes your situation, please see a therapist. Not a life coach.

The test is simple. If your situation is preventing you from functioning in daily life — therapy. If your situation is preventing you from operating at the level you know you're capable of — coaching.

The people I work with are high-functioning by every external measure. They are not broken. They are operating below their ceiling — and they know it.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions I am asked most often — answered directly.

What is a life coach in London?

A life coach in London is a professional who works with individuals on a 1:1 basis to help them gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and perform at a higher level. Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-focused — concerned with where you are going and what is getting in the way, not with processing the past. A good life coach brings strategic thinking, deep listening, and honest challenge in equal measure.

How is life coaching different from therapy?

Therapy is the right choice for clinical mental health conditions, trauma, severe anxiety, or depression. Life coaching is for people who are functioning well but operating below their ceiling — who want to perform better, decide more clearly, or move through a significant transition. The two are complementary, not competing. Many of my clients are also in therapy.

How much does a life coach in London cost?

Life coaching in London varies significantly by coach and format. For senior-level 1:1 coaching, investment typically starts from £300–£500 per session. My programmes run over three to six months and are structured entirely around the individual. The investment reflects the depth and seniority of the work.

Who do you work with?

I work exclusively with senior professionals — investment bankers, private equity and hedge fund professionals, founders, executives, and senior leaders, primarily based in London. My clients are high performers navigating a ceiling, a crossroads, or a growing gap between external success and internal fulfilment.

Where are sessions held?

All in-person sessions are held at 67 Pall Mall, St James's, London SW1Y 5ES — three minutes from Mayfair and ten minutes from the City. For clients outside London or those who prefer it, sessions are also available via video call.

How long does life coaching take to work?

Most clients notice a significant shift within the first two to three sessions. Lasting change — the kind that holds under pressure — typically develops over three to six months of consistent work. I work with a small number of clients at any one time to ensure every engagement receives full attention.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. I offer an initial consultation — a real strategic conversation, not a sales call — where we explore your situation, what you want to change, and whether working together makes sense. You will leave with clarity regardless of whether we proceed. I respond personally, usually the same day.

This Starts With a Real Conversation

My consultations are deep, strategic conversations where you'll walk away with clarity, insight, and momentum — whether we work together or not. No pitch. No fluff. Just clarity.
