Who this work is for
The people who work with me are not seeking career management support or leadership skills training. They are navigating the internal dimensions of high-performance professional life — the things that the career does not have space for and the professional network cannot help with: burnout that rest does not resolve, imposter syndrome that success does not silence, identity questions that the role was supposed to answer and has not.
I work with founders in New York at every stage of their build across time zones via video call. Sessions are a space for the version of the conversation that has no other space in a high-performance professional life — honest, private, without the performance requirements that the professional context continuously imposes.
"The internal work — the beliefs, the patterns, the relationship with worth — is what determines whether any professional change holds. Everything else addresses the surface."
