Completely. Nothing discussed in sessions is shared with anyone. This is the foundation of the work.
Does it matter that you are based in London?
No. All sessions are conducted via video call. The time zone difference works well for early morning New York time. Many clients find the geographic separation an advantage — the coaching relationship exists outside the social world of the industry.
