Career Coaching · London · For Senior Professionals

Your career looks exactly as it should. So why does it feel wrong?

The title. The salary. The trajectory everyone around you envies. But something has shifted. The work that used to mean something doesn't anymore. The next move isn't clear. Or you know exactly what you want and can't figure out why you haven't gone after it yet. This is not a career problem. It's a clarity problem.

What Career Coaching
in London Actually Is

Not CV writing. Not interview prep. Something deeper.

Most career coaching in London is transactional. A new CV. Interview technique. LinkedIn optimisation. A job offer within three months.

That's not what I do.

The people I work with are not trying to get a job. They are trying to figure out what they actually want — and then build the clarity, confidence and strategy to go after it without second-guessing themselves at every step.

Career transitions at the senior level are not just professional events. They are identity events. When you have spent a decade building a career in investment banking, private equity, or a major corporation — the question of what comes next is not just strategic. It is existential. Who are you without the title? What do you actually want, not what you're supposed to want? What does success look like on your own terms, not the terms you inherited?

Those are the questions I work on. And they require a different kind of coaching.

Who I Work With as a
Career Coach in London

Senior professionals at a genuine crossroads.

I work with people who have already proven themselves. They are not at the beginning of their careers. They are typically VP to Partner level — in banking, private equity, hedge funds, finance, consulting or senior corporate roles.

They come to me with one of three situations.

The person who wants to leave but doesn't know where to go

They know their current path isn't right anymore. The money is good. The status is real. But they have quietly stopped caring — and that gap is getting harder to ignore. They want to make a move but every time they try to define what they actually want, the clarity dissolves.

The person who knows what they want but can't pull the trigger

They have a clear idea of what the next chapter looks like. But they keep finding reasons not to go after it. The timing isn't right. The finances aren't ready. They need one more year. The pattern has been running for three years.

The person navigating a major transition

A promotion to a level that feels different. A move out of a major institution. A shift from operator to founder. These transitions require more than strategy — they require an identity shift that most people try to skip over and then wonder why they feel lost six months in.

Why My Background Matters
For Career Coaching

I have made the transitions you are contemplating.

I left investment banking in London. Not because it was going badly — because I needed something different and had no clear idea what that was. I built a restaurant. It failed. I went into venture capital. The fund collapsed in COVID. I rebuilt again.

Each of those transitions required exactly what I now help clients navigate — the clarity to know what you actually want, the courage to go after it before the conditions are perfect, and the resilience to keep going when it doesn't unfold the way you planned.

I am not a career coach who has read about career transitions from the outside. I have made them — at significant personal and financial cost — and come out the other side with something I didn't have before.

When you sit across from me and describe the gap between where you are and where you want to be, I am not nodding politely. I am recognising something I have lived.

What Career Coaching
Looks Like in Practice

No templates. No competency frameworks. Built around you.

First — the honest diagnosis

We get precise about what is actually happening. Not the story you have been telling yourself. The reality. What you want, what is stopping you, and what evidence you have that directly contradicts the reasons you keep giving yourself for not moving.

Second — the clarity work

Most people who are stuck in their careers are not lacking options. They are lacking clarity about their own values, priorities and non-negotiables. We build that clarity explicitly — not through personality tests or career frameworks, but through direct, forensic conversation that cuts through the noise.

Third — the strategy

Once there is clarity, we build the actual plan. Specific. Sequenced. With real timelines and real accountability. Not a vision board. A strategy.

Fourth — the accountability

I follow up. I push back when you drift. I hold the standard you set for yourself even when daily life makes it easier to let it slide. This is where most career coaching fails — and where this work delivers.

My Method

Direct, strategic, built for senior professionals.

01

Honest

I will tell you what the pattern actually is — not what you want it to be. That's where the work starts.

02

Precise

We identify exactly what you want and exactly what is stopping you. Not generically. Specifically.

03

Strategic

Clarity without a plan is just a nice feeling. Every engagement ends with a real strategy and real timelines.

04

Accountable

I follow up. I push back. I hold the standard you set for yourself when the pressure makes it easier to let it slide.

05

Confidential

Everything discussed remains entirely private. At the level my clients operate, this is not a feature — it is a prerequisite.
